Cool, sounds like you are on right track. Just like when you dig around


getting a splinter out making your finger a little worse, stirring around instrumenting a root canal can cause the tooth to be a bit worse. But when the source of the infection is gone it should resolve quickly. The antibiotic changes you bacterial "flora" in your mouth and can trigger the gum issues which should resolve when you gat back to normal diet/good cleaning habits/and no antibiotic. Good luck.should get better quickly.
